September Cookbook Club

"Chia, Quinoa, Kale, Oh My!" has been selected for the September meeting of the Cookbook Club.  Blueberries, oats, walnuts, and dark chocolate are superfoods that we know and love.  But there are also other foods that taste delicious and have powerful nutritional value.  In the book, author Cassie Johnston shares recipes that include farro, hemp seeds, kale and more.
