Cookbook Club - November

Thu, 11/03/2016 - 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Well-known cook and grillmaster Bobby Flay brings together recipes for his favorite meal, brunch, in "Brunch @ Bobby's."  Our Cookbook Club will explore this cookbook, which includes 140 recipes.  The book includes everything for a good brunch - eggs, pancakes, waffles - and the syrups to go with them -  pastries, salads, sandwiches, and side dishes.

Prepare a recipe from the cookbook and bring it to our meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 3.  Table service will be provided.

For more information, contact the Library at 330-683-1065.

Cookbook Club - September

Thu, 09/29/2016 - 6:00pm to 7:00pm

The hot days of summer are over and the kids are back in school.  It's time for the Cookbook Club to meet again!  This month's cookbook selection is "The Smitten Kitchen Cookbook" by noted food blogger Deb Perelman.  These are recipes that you will bookmark and use often.  Perelman's philosophy is that cooking should be a pleasure and the results should be delicious every time.  Included in the book are practical "do aheads" and "cooking notes."
