Opening Day Festival

Get your summer off to a fun start by attending our Opening Day Festival on Saturday, June 1 from 10 a.m. – 12 noon. This celebration kicks off the start of the Summer Reading Program. This year’s theme is “Dig Into Reading” There will be free cotton candy, popcorn, balloons, face art and games. Costumed book characters will be on hand, so be sure to bring your camera. Also, there will be a police car, a fire truck, and a utility truck on site so children can get an up-close look at how these vehicles work.
