Relax with Yoga

Yoga is a great way to relax, to reduce stress, and to improve flexibility, breathing, and strength.  Come to the Library at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 14 to participate in a free session led by Tyler Reed from the Orrville Dalton YMCA.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.  Yoga mats will be provided.  Registration is required for this free program.  Contact the Library at 330-683-1065 to register or for more information.
