Chair Yoga

"Yoga isn't for me.  I can't twist like that and I'd never be able to get down on the floor anyway!"  Well, yes you CAN do yoga!  Come to our free Chair Yoga session at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12.  This type of yoga is done while sitting in a chair or standing while using the chair for support and balance.  Perfect for all levels, this is a great way to stretch your body, relax, and gain flexibility while learning a little about yoga and its benefits.
