Adults are invited to "Unearth a Story" this summer! You can read or listen to books to earn entry tickets to win a prize basket. One book logged equals one entry ticket. You can earn additional entry tickets by donating to our summer service project (donating 3 three-prong, two-pocket solid primary color folders), writing a book review, attending an Adult Department program, or visiting our Library on the Go! van. The Summer Reading Program runs May 30 - August 8. Basket winners will be chosen on August 11.
You also have three 'monthly' prize baskets to possibly win. Register and log a book by June 15 for the first prize drawing. Keep reading and log three books by July 15 for our second drawing. Log three books by August 1 to be entered in our final monthly drawing.
You are able to once again use the online Beanstack app to log your books. If you prefer, paper log sheets are available at the Information Desk.
